  • During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options based on your delivery address. Shipping fees will be calculated at this time.

  • CLYSOPIC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors that are out of our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available) so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • You can also log into your CLYSOPIC account to view your order history and tracking information.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to certain laws and regulations, some products may not be available for shipping to specific locations.
  • If a product is restricted for shipping to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

11. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
